When you lead an organization that cares for thousands of people each year with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and brain injuries, your strategic plan is more than an operational map – it’s a powerful vision of how you will change people’s lives.
We have recently launched our strategic plan, aptly named Changing Lives – a bold initiative aimed at improving lives by delivering excellence in everything we do and leading powerful transformation in the way those with disabilities are cared for. It’s a bold plan – but Bancroft has been thinking boldly since Margaret Bancroft began the organization 140 years ago.
We need everyone in the community on board with this transformation and to share our excitement of what could be: from the broadest of changes to the direct effects they have on real individuals. The launch is the starting point, but the real work will continue as we communicate our progress and show inspiring stories of impact.
